Help your school adopt healthy habits with the help of your student leadership team. 

Health Champs are Year 6 student leaders who inspire their peers to take a short break every day to do something positive for their mind & body.

Health Champs participate in  workshops to learn leadership skills for health and wellbeing.

Health Champs lead by example by encouraging their peers to take active or calm brain breaks each day.

They also assist with promoting school-wide lifestyle healthy behaviours using the Healthy Schools Calendar and Health Breaks resource kit and app.

Health Champs will participate in  workshops learning leadership skills for the promotion of health and wellbeing.

Health Champs will lead by example by encouraging their peers to take active or calm brain breaks each day. They will also assist with promoting school-wide lifestyle healthy behaviours using the Healthy Schools Calendar and Health Breaks resource kit and online platform.

Junior School, Senior School and Teacher health and wellbeing programs are available.
