Stretch & Mindfulness Program

Promoting calm minds and relaxed bodies with this team mindfulness program. Maintaining flexibility helps relieve stress and tension stored in muscles and helps to prevent falls and injury. Stretching in the workplace as groups is a great way for people to connect in a healthy way at the start of a work day, before meetings or for a mid-afternoon break.

The Program includes a different stretch routine (from 2-10 mins) for each day as well as fun Spinners for people to use in groups for team building activities.

Healthy Gut, Well Mind Food Program

Boost your brain health and reduce inflammation in your body with our Healthy Gut Program.

Manual Handling & Injury Prevention Program

Injuries in the workplace incur an enormous cost to both businesses and individuals. Many job-related injuries can be prevented or minimised through training and support services to reduce risks.

This program includes analysis of manual handling and work related physical demands, workshops and training on a range of health and wellbeing topics and a program of daily 2-5min movement breaks on Health Breaks app. Designed for individuals, work teams and organisation-wide participation.

This is a 12-month, all inclusive program.

Health Champs Program: Leadership Program for Student Peer Health Champions

A leadership program for peer champions of health in schools. Health Champs inspire their peers to take a short break every day to do something positive for their mind & body.

Health Champs will participate in 3 workshops learning leadership skills for health and wellbeing.

Health Champs will lead by example by encouraging their peers to take active or calm brain breaks each day. They will also assist with promoting school-wide lifestyle healthy behaviours using the Healthy Schools Calendar and Health Breaks resource kit and online platform.

Happy Food / Healthy Food Relationships Program

This Playlist has a wide range of resources to promote healthy eating throughout the juinior and senior school years.

The 5-10min Pods include healthy food choices (following the Australian Dietary Guidelines and inspired by the Mediterannean food philosophy). Eating more vegetables, wholegrains, legumes and healthy fats and building a healthy relationship to food is highlighted. Teachers can use the resources to educate children about healthy food choices, mindfully eating and gaining skills to prepare their own food.

Mentally Well Leadership Training Workshop

A Mentally Well Leadership Training Program equips leaders and managers to:

  • understand mental health, mental illness and positive mental wellbeing
  • generate mental health awareness in the workplace
  • recognise and respond to signs of stress and mental health problems in the workplace
  • identify signs of bullying and discrimination and demonstrate zero-tolerance
  • listen and communicate about mental health issues and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
  • ensure employees have safe workloads and agreed goals
  • reward and recognise good work and team work
  • identify external services to refer staff to when needed
  • implement and lead initiatives in the workplace that support positive mental health
  • champion healthy behaviours that support positive mental health

Mental Health Champs Training + breather and active Health Breaks for wellbeing

Research shows that about 50% of those with mental health issues seek help. Some reasons for this is the stigma associated with poor mental health, perceived fear about the job consequences and a lack of awareness about the types of supports that could be available to them. 

Mental Health Champs are employee-peers who strive to improve the health and culture of their workplace and provide support for the health and wellbeing programs and services being conducted at their workplace.

Mental Health Champions are crucial in promoting awareness, removing stigma, communicating information to employees and influencing engagment in positive health and wellbeing initiatives in the workplace.

The Mental Health Champs training program is designed to build awareness, information and skills enabling peers to connect their colleagues to support services and activities in a non-judgemental and proactive manner. The program also helps promote a positive workplace culture and one that shows no tolerance for behaviours that negatively impact individual or team mental wellbeing.
