                                                      Welcome to Week 2 of the Step Challenge!

Well done everyone on a great start to the Step Challenge. Congratulations to those who completed the Start Survey and shared their current health status. 5,000 steps will be added to your final scores!

Logging into the Step Challenge Playlist each day for your daily Health Break, and Tracker upload yowill keep you on track.

This week, we will focus on boosting your exercise and trying something new and different each day in addition to your steps.
 
Your challenge is to complete a fitness challenge pod daily using this Challenge Spinner. 
Other activities include the plank, push up or squat challenges you will find in the playlist.

As a reminder, here’s the full list of challenges:
 
1. Complete 10.000 steps a day.
2. Sleep for 6-8 hours a day.
3. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
4. Complete 30 mins of exercise (count this as 5,000 steps).
5. Eat 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables (this is the national recommendation!).
 
But you must track your activity each day on the Tracker on Health Breaks App.
