How the Emotions Wheel can help you explore how your emotions are impacting you

Emotions are feelings we experience in reaction to acute and ongoing stimulus. Emotions can impact our thoughts, our actions and our behaviours. Sometimes our emotions are fleeting and at other times they are enduring and can impact on our mental wellbeing.

Checking in on your emotional status can build awareness and open up some exploration about what possible action may be needed.

1.Moving around the wheel, circle which emotion you are feeling more out of each pair (if neither, circle the mid point). 

2.Without judgement, step back and consider what picture the wheel is painting about your emotional wellbeing.
